Care
After delivery of your new Lightly chairs:
Take the cardboard spacers off your new chairs. Use a gentle cleaner to remove any residue from the spacer adhesive left on the seat.
With a little care, you can prolong the life of your chairs. As a general guideline, we suggest the following:
— When you move your chairs, be sure to lift them rather than push or pull to avoid damaging the floor, legs, and mountings.
— When you stack them, take care not to scratch the chairs against each other.
— Wipe the hard surfaces of your chairs with soapy water and a cloth when dirty or wet to reduce surface damage over time.
— Be careful not to scratch or damage the chair surface with sharp objects.

Can I use Lightly chairs outside?
Lightly chairs have been designed primarily for indoor use, and are not recommended for prolonged outdoor exposure. We do not advise you to leave or store Lightly chairs outside.
The recycled and plant-based polymers used to make Lightly chairs are not designed for prolonged outdoor use, and this will void the warranty.
Can I order an odd number of Lightly chairs?
In an effort to minimize our carbon footprint, we have decided to sell Lightly chairs in pairs to keep our packing and shipping as efficient as possible. Additionally, we built Lightly chairs for stacking, they may get lonely if sold in singles!
Do Lightly chairs have a weight restriction?
Lightly chairs have passed the BIFMA commercial seating standards testing. The 95th percentile male weight of 275 pounds (125 kg), as indicated by the USA National Health and Nutrition Survey (NHANES) 2007-2010 Study, is used in developing these tests where appropriate. Is the Lightly chair safety certified?
Lightly chairs are tested to BIFMA, the international commercial furniture standard, to ensure a long life and are backed by a 5-year warranty.
